- Since each piece of artwork must be signed, stamped and framed before being shipped, the current estimate for this process is 1 - 2 weeks.
- RawatCreations has partnered with Pitney Bowes offering our products to 65 countries. Pitney Bowes takes care of the customs clearance in these countries. At this time we are unable to ship to other countries. Pitney Bowes will provide shipping services to more countries as time goes on.
- For your convenience, the shipping cost provided in checkout includes all duties, taxes and brokerage fees. The price quote for duties and taxes is based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipping. Once you submit your order, the total is guaranteed and you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery.
- Your artwork will be shipped via FedEx to the Pitney Bowes Hub in Kentucky. From Kentucky it will be shipped to your country and then be delivered to the final destination via a local carrier in your country. Please don’t be alarmed if you see your shipment first arrives in Kentucky. You will be provided with international tracking information once the artwork departs Kentucky.
With the exception of damaged goods, all sales are final.
